Roosevelt Saint Louis is the Principal and Senior Advisor at Saint Louis Properties Carolinas, LLC a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company specializing in Retail and Business Brokering licensed in North and South Carolina. Roosevelt’s years of experience as a formidable negotiator allows him to use his instincts to serve his clients with integrity and diligence.

Roosevelt credits his strategic and analytical thinking, communication, in-depth knowledge of the Charlotte Metropolitan area and the ability to advise on market trends as the key skills for his success.​Roosevelt is a respected Restaurant & Food Service Consultant.  He spent 30 years as an entrepreneur &  owner, managing businesses; restaurants, full service catering & event planning company and a facility management company located in Boston, MA.​

Since relocating to Charlotte, NC in 2007, he has amassed numerous business alliances within the restaurant industry providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the retail commercial market and a proven network of vendors.  He has been praised for his effectiveness as a counselor, facilitator and liaison – from property search or listing, through market analysis, negotiations, escrow and closing. ​

Roosevelt is married to Robin and has a teenage son Shelton Pierre.  He speaks French and Haitian Creole.  As an active member of his church, he serves as a Deacon, Director of Hospitality and Sports Ministry. He coaches basketball and soccer for a championship team.
